I am a CPA with over 20 years experience working in the CPA profession and over 11 years experience with my own firm. I have offices in San Francisco and Sunnyvale, CA. I specialize in tax services for individuals and families and estates and trusts. I have a few business clients but I do not do bookkeeping. I also do not deal with international tax law, including foreign trusts, to any meaningful extent.

This WEB site consists mainly of prior years' Tax Bulletins. There is a dual purpose to this. One is to provide a place for current and potential clients to find information on a variety of subjects that I have written about over the years. The second is to give potential clients a place to find out what I think about a variety of tax subjects before contacting me in person.
